You're one step away from tasting our freshly prepared, 72-hour rested sourdough pizza dough. Over the last few years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to testing all different aspects of our recipe to produce the best possible pizza dough.
Each 250g dough ball is individually wrapped for convenience and can be kept in the freezer or refrigerator, ready to be stretched into the ideal base.
We aim to ship orders in 2 - 3 working days. Depending on your address it may take a little longer. Our courier will update you as your order progresses. We offer free UK mainland delivery. We ship to the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland but please select the increased shipping rate of £7 at checkout.

Compared to other sourdough pizza dough recipes, ours is simple but superior. We focus on the quality of our ingredients to create a dough that is light, digestible and delicious.
We recommend using one dough ball per person for the perfect amount of sourdough goodness - You’ll have enough to fill those pizza cravings!

How long will my dough stay fresh?
The dough will stay fresh for three days in the fridge or up to three months in the freezer. The bases will also stay fresh for three days, or for three months in the freezer.

How long should I cook my pizza for?
If you're cooking your pizza in a pizza oven, please follow the instructions of your specific pizza oven as these can vary.
If you're cooking your pizza in a normal oven, we suggest popping it up to 220 for ten minutes.
If you're cooking your pizza in a cast iron pan, the cooking time will vary depending on heat -
How long will my dough take to be delivered?
This depends on the kind of order you place - we aim to deliver within three working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Where do you source your ingredients?
Our dough is as natural as possible, and made with flour, water, and a pinch of salt. We use flour that has been milled in the UK, and Scottish water. The provenance of our other products can be found in the description of each product. Our aim is to bring you the best Scottish and pizza products.
